Went in to buy my first water pipe as a gift for myself for christmas and with a little added support from my grandmother haha ! The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable and eager to help was a great experience! I ended walking out of there with the water pipe I really wanted 10⁄10 or 5⁄5 Recommended.

I paid a visit to purple haze I’ve been going to this place for 10 years and I usually come in late at night. I like how they are never grumpy here they’re never trying to oversell you, and I always end up with a high quality product. Best smoke shop in the valley. Thanks to Patrick, for outstanding customer service!

Patrick and Manny are great examples if professionalism in customer service! They are always friendly and great with a quick conversation whenever I stop in. Prices are great for what I buy. I’ve never had any complaints about the service I’ve received! Thanks guys!!! I understand that the Kratom prices were increased by the supplier, but at some point, it’s bad business to stick with a supplier that keeps gouging their customers. It would be good business to say good-​bye to that supplier and find one that has good quality product. Profit margins would be a lot better and the customers would be happier if it was bought in bulk and packaged «on site». Give the customer a choice between raw powder or capsules. I think you would be surprised by the outcome and you would definitely get a 5 star rating. Business is about keeping customers happy.

Manny was extremely professional, and knew all of the products inside and out. Great relaxed environment that’s worth a look if you’re in the market. The selection is top notch with pieces for every category and price range. I didn’t find the prices high and were in par with similar shops.
I can’t speak highly enough about Manny. He’s a true class act wanting the best for the customer

Ok for vape. Better for a water pipes place. Will do for emergency out of juice pickup spot. Good prices as this is Bogo on all ejuice but remember you get what you pay for. Limited selection but Best thing about this place is Manny. He’s very helpful and professional.
