It is conveniently located near my house, and offers competitive prices. Well lit and safe. The parking lot and trash receptacles are well maintained. I love the gas discount that Ralphs customers receive. Pay at the pump available.
However, a few times one of the pumps was defective. Once, we asked the attendant for help and he was really rude and accused our car of being the problem. Two other guests had he same problem, so it wasn’t us. The lottery machine usually has something wrong with it, so that’s inconvenient. We pretty much just come here because it’s local.

Did the 100k mile tuneup on my 2008 Honda Accord. They finished in around 5 hours and explained everything done and showed me all the parts that were changed. Amazing work and extremely professional staff. The shop manager, Ramzi, even bought me lunch while I waited. 5 stars!

I dropped my visa/​debit card at this station. I just want to say thanks to a honest person, they turned in my credit card, I want to say thank you to Shell for holding my card and being honest!!!

Well… it’s a gas station. Can’t really complaint about anything, right? Most of the time, the price is better than Chevron across the street.

This gas station kinda sucks. They were noticeably cheaper than the competition across the street but that’s about it. I believe the gas pumps did have the locking mechanisms but the attendant working there would not open the pump for me to fill my tank.
Why is this SO hard for people to do. I understand that it is not the attendants fault because they are simply doing their job; but some people are willing to over-​look this stupid policy.
Over all, pretty bad.
