It’s a busy DD, but it’s fast-paced, and kid-friendly. They have a very kind staff, and it’s always quite clean and efficient. One of my favorite places in Chatham.

Best Dunkin donuts in quite some time. Every time I stop in here and get a good cuppa coffee either Maki auto or cappuccino it is me perfectly unlike most the other Dunkin’ Donuts I go to definitely recommend

I realize that Dunkin’ Donuts as a whole is a large business which has to complete with the likes of Starbucks. It’s like asking which hamburger chain is better, Burger King or McDonalds. It’s all about customer preference! When Dunkin asks its customers to take part in a weekly survey regarding cleanliness, speed and accuracy; you know that the tables will shine as well as the cans emptied. They will make certain you do not wait and the donuts are fully stocked and alphabetized! When have they ever asked you to take part in a survey with everything a wreck!

Beautiful storefront, perfect location as I was in dire need of a coffee. As I say with every other DD review I do, all I want from a Dunkin is a consistent product and fast service with a smile. Do that and I’m pretty easy. This Dunkin brought it home with a well needed cup of coffee and a decent ham and egg sandwich before an early field hockey game. The young lady who helped me was chatty and engaging and polite… this isn’t too much to ask for is it?

I like the exterior of this shop and parking lot. To avoid some busy traffic off of Main St., where most typically exit, go down Hedge Ave and make left onto Weston Ave. and another left onto N. Passaic Ave and you’re back onto Main St. It’s a hustling bustling place but I find the people behind it are in robotic mode… well maybe it’s the time I went on a Saturday a.m. I felt it was NYC attitude people in quaint Chatham town. Just for the record, they skimped on my oatmeal. I would have appreciate them filling it towards the top like my favorite place where I usually pick up oatmeal at Hale & Hearty in Manhattan.
