Mixed service and food quality over several visits. Last visit during Saturday dinner took 1 hr to get pizza and wings, were never given napkins/​utensils, and rarely provided with refills. Pizza was burnt and wings were barely sauced. We’ve been frequenting this restaurant over several months and server tried to convince us the pizza always comes out burnt and wings barely sauced. Eventually, the server brought cold sauce to put on our wings, but said it was policy that they cannot make a fresh, not-​burnt pizza without charging us for a second. With some arguing, pizza was reluctantly removed from bill. Pizza is normally not burnt but wings are ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance on whether that are sauced. Wing sauce is great if you are lucky to get any, the pizza is normally amazing, and the service, though never stellar, is usually a little more attentive. Restaurant did appear under-​staffed, but server and/​or manager should tell customers to expect «longer than normal» wait on service, especially when the restaurant does not appear to be busy to warrant slow service.

Ridiculously slow, inattentive service. Dinner took almost 2 hours (15 minutes before the server took our order, 45 minutes for a couple sandwiches and a fish platter to come out, 30 minutes to eat, and 20 minutes to wait for the server to bring the check), and the waitress only bothered to refill our drinks once during that time. She also didn’t even bring us silverware and napkins until we were done eating, and even that was only after multiple promptings. Worst service I have had in quite a while. My French dip was fine, but nothing to write home about. Friend’s fish platter was good, according to him. Husband’s sweet heat roast beef sandwich was so spicy that he couldn’t finish it, and he loves spicy food. It was ridiculous. Either that batch of sauce was way spicier than normal (quality control issues?), or the menu needs to do a better job of conveying that it’s REALLY spicy. Not in any hurry to go back.

i just came here for pork ribs, i was told it would be a full rack. it was not. it came with a couple of sides. i picked baked beans and mac and cheese. it also came with corn bread.

overall, it was meh. not coming back‘

This has taken on the menu of the original lazy parrot. So more of a wings place now. Get the Charlestown wings they will not disappoint.

Good for a quick lunch. Good BBQ. Good to watch the game at. Tacos are cheap and good. Could have been treated better by the staff but overall it’s a good place to eat.
