Great local fare!!! Food comes out fast and hot. Very friendly staff; they make you feel right at home. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great home cooked meal. Thanks to all the staff at the Korner Restaurant for your Southern Hospitality! Your new fans from Detroit Michigan.

Good food, fast service, nice people. You don’t leave hungry or feeling ripped off. Usually see the same faces as it is frequented by «regulars» and you’ll hear «slices of life» assuring you that The Korner has roots in the Cville community. I hope it’s here for a long time to come. They don’t take cards so bring cash and your appetite!

Awesome egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches! They are FAST, my to-​go order was ready in like 3 minutes. The only reason they aren’t getting 5 stars is because I’d prefer normal fries to the crinkly ones and they are CASH ONLY! Overall, awesome and cheap with friendly staff! Really solid breakfast/​lunch spot!

Straight up diner… too cheap to be acclaimed, and too dull to be hip. If you went to McDonalds in the 1940s, this’d be it. The Korner keeps odd hours (I think they close at 7 or 8?), and serves what seem to be exclusively regulars who go behind the counter to fill their own drinks. This won’t be the best meal you’ve ever had but, assuming you stay away from the 20pc shrimp, it will be a memorable one. Cash only.
