I have been a Todd Younker/​State Farm agency customer for 15 years. I STILL LOVE IT! I would not ever dream of giving my business to any other agency. While every person at the agency is extremely professional, courteous and friendly, I simply cannot survive without Renee! Words alone cannot accurately describe how wonderful she is. My concerns have always been heard and addressed in a timely manner. I have never felt overlooked or neglected. Renee is very patient and knowledgeable. I have always been well informed when making any policy changes. I will remain a loyal customer, because in all honesty and fairness, I feel that the loyalty has always been and will continue to be reciprocated. Not easy to find an insurance agency that you can trust, but I did! …and I’M STAYING!
