BEWARE: DO NOT USE MOVING MASTERS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ITEMS BROKEN!!! Horrible experience!!! I hired this moving company thinking I was hiring experienced movers, but I didn’t expect to see movers throw people’s belongings around and slide things on hard floors without having some sort of mat in place. They chipped, stained and scratched my brand new Crate & Barrel bed frame and my new leather sofa. They also broke my long mirror and lost the plastic pegs for my glass coffee table. What gets me even more furious is that the «co-​manager» tells me this is the type of service I get for the money I paid because other moving companies charge more than $ 80 an hour. Plus, he told me that they were tired from working 9 days straight. If that were the case, I would have rescheduled for another day or hired a professional moving company that could handle a simple one-​bedroom move. Seriously disappointed with this company!!!

Moving Masters is the best moving company I’ve ever hired. They showed up on time and were very professional. They wrapped all the wooden furniture to prevent scratches and damages. They took down the beds at our apt and put them back up at our new home. They completed our move in the estimated time and for the exact amount quoted. We will definitely use Sean and his team for future moves.

I bought an armoire off of craigslist because it was listed «free local delivery». Turns out that the owner of The Moving Masters was the person selling the armoire! My home was prepped to move this one piece of furniture more carefully and meticulously than when I had used a different moving company for moving all of my furniture into this house. The other company dinged up my walls and furniture costing me over $ 500 to fix. I wish I would have known about The Moving Masters sooner… I highly recommend them! Thanks!

They are awesome I found them on craigslist. Sean was polite and strong. His crew were also awesome and on point. Didn’t just move our very heavy furniture but they reassembled it too. Priced very reasonable.

I found The Moving Masters on Craigslist, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Thankfully, my experience with Sean and his team could not have been any better. He was everything you’d want your mover to be: honest, punctual, careful yet efficient, and reasonably priced.
I had several heavy items such as a dresser and sofa, but Sean and his team had no issues whatsoever — even though they had to carry them down three flights of stairs. They even disassembled and reassembled my bed at no extra cost.
If you’re in the Charlotte area and are looking for a mover who will do the job without forcing you to break the bank, I highly recommend these guys. Right now, they’re a hidden gem in Charlotte.
