The Best Computer Fixers

So far so good cleaning and fixing hardware in my computer! Keep up the good work! I was impressed by the customer service and clean areas. The parking lot is hard to get into at Matthews location but that’s not their fault!

An absolute nightmare. Took my laptop to get cleaned up. Wound up opting to have it rebooted and upgrade to Windows 10. But told them I didn’t want to do anything that would impact my Outlook and Quicken programs. When I got it back all my programs were gone and all they could say was I needed to reinstall. I spent two days dealing with this. Asked to speak to manager and was blown off.

Profit at any cost to the customer.
Unwilling to care for their customers, they are focused solely on extracting whatever they can get. They come forward smiling stating how everything is going to be the best and no problem to fix, estimates are wildly under sold and the best part is they do whatever makes them the most profit and not what is best for the customer long term.
Submitted laptop for repair, instead of replacing the motherboard (which would have been cheaper and a better long term repair option, they opted to perform manual servicing of the motherboard. «Cleaning» the motherboard with isopropyl alcohol, which could very well be a temporary solution but much more profitable for the company.
Instead of offering options they pushed a customer into this situation who knew close to nothing about computers and took advantage of her situation. I will do everything I can to spread the word that this company is not operating under any ethical standards or care for their clients.

I can’t speak to the experiences of others but mine was outstanding. I don’t want to be too long winded, but I had a laptop problem that persisted. Not only did they fix it, but they gave me other options just in case it didnt work and explained thoroughly how they were going to fix the problem. Long story short… My computer is working like new… Thank BCF…

Profoundly overpriced for a job that, at most, would have meant 30-​mins of their time. It wasn’t even speciality work, just a straight screen swap.

These guys de-​bugged my computer in a matter of hours. They were very friendly and even called me to remind me that my computer was ready. It is a little pricy — $ 40 for diagnosis only and $ 125 for diagnosis and to rid the computer of viruses — but a happy computer is worth it, I suppose. I would highly recommend this company.

I went to my local DataSyst and had my laptop diagnosed with a logicboard/​video card issue. they quoted $ 500-​$ 1000 after charging $ 70 to assess the issue. I decided to get a second opinion and found Computer Fixers. Chris fixed it for $ 250 in less than 24 hours. Same problem, but better know-​how, availability, and honest service.

I am beyond impressed with the work that was done here. I dropped my computer off at 10am and it was ready by 1pm. My screen was cracked, I had a lot of viruses, my fan was dusty and I got virus protection installed for 200 bucks! He is the most genuine guy who does great work bc he cares and loves what he does. He even helped me install a program I needed for school for no added cost. Money well spent. I will be going back if I have any more trouble — which I’m sure I won’t for a while. I highly recommend. He’s located right behind common market in plaza midwood!
