Hello Friends,
2.5 stars b/​c the job was done, but the drama was no help.
I’m on the fence about this place. 1^st. the appointment to get my son’s braces put on was at 8am. We get there and we’re the only car in the parking lot. (Strike one). We call and on the answering machine the message reads (Closed on tuesdays until 9am) huh???
We venture off to get some grub before he becomes Brace-​Faced for a few years. Come back by 9am only to check in to be told YOUR LATE. YOUR appointment was at 8:30! Huh??? Well we were out here at 8 (30mins before the 8:30 appmnt. and on TIME for the original 8am appointment.)
We explain to the young lady that we were here at 8, answering machine says CLOSED TIL 9. We are now BACK at 9 AND NOW we’re late!!! Is this another episode of «Yeah right» Starring ME? We was told to wait, while she checks to see if we CAN BE SQUEEZED IN. huh???
Well thank sweet baby Tebow, They allowed the 8am client to be squeezed in.
With that drama aside, it didn’t take long for them to complete the procedure. Probably about an hour. They talked and walked us through what needs to be done, Showed a video as well. That was pretty cool.
My son said it didn’t hurt. So thats a plus. Other than that… My only advise is to either 1 Change the message on the answering machine.
2 Don’t set appointment up for times when the office is closed
3 Cancle the show called «Yeah Right» and stick to the day job. DENTISTRY

McGill was recommended by my dental insurance company and was the only provider in the area. Dr. McGill and his staff are always kind and pleasant when we visit. My daughter is undergoing orthodontic treatment so we are there on a regular basis. The office is on Beatties Ford Road — not posh, but the adequate. The office is always busy with patients so it is clear business is good. Dr. McGill is very kind and patient and offers detailed explanations for the services provides.
