After I spent a frustrating 45 or 50 minutes with the Macys Teleflora folks, my husband googled Charlotte florists and we discovered the kind people at Midwood Flower Shop. In no time at all we placed an order for flowers for my Mom for Valentine’s Day (the next day). The flowers were delivered as promised and Mom was very pleased. The price was less than Teleflora for a comparable arrangement and the experience was a LOT more pleasant. Thank you, Midwood Flower Shop! Linda Fauer

Very disappointed that you can not request delivery times. I placed my order 3 days in advance very early a.m. hoping that my order would go out in the a.m. My mother is a early riser and I really wanted her to have the flowers at least by 10:30am or 11 am the latest.
I will go back to GRACE“s florist in Charlotte. They always deliver as per requested!

Feel like I owe it to this place to offset the one star review so here’s my experience. We needed a quick arrangement of white roses for our NYE party and called here only based on it’s close location to where we were eating lunch at the time.
The place is a little hard to find. Once your find it and enter you’ll notice they also sell antique furniture and accoutrements up front of the store. This is a family owned business and they were all super nice to deal with and worked with us in the quickest manor.
I highly recommend spending your dollars local and supporting this place.

I had a terrible experience with Midwood Flowers and when the problem arose Julie chose not only to not correct the problem, instead passing it to another florist, but also to blame me, the recipient, for any problems in communication with the originator of the order. Extremely unprofessional.
Not only will I never use Midwood myself, but I will be sharing my poor experience with others. Run, don’t walk, away from this «florist.»
