Coming from Los Angeles this year, I needed to find a Mac shop for my business here in Charlotte. After reading multiple reviews, I went with MacTech. They performed upgrades to an iMac system for us. I worked with Sam, who was very responsive, professional, and fast when it came to customer service/​support. They went above and beyond to turn around the project quickly and I will definitely be using them again.

Initially there was some miscommunication with what the issue was with my computer, as my father was calling, and we were mailing the computer back and forth to Charlotte from Raleigh. After finding out they didn’t fix the issue, they were quick to respond and troubleshoot and gave great customer service. It was a bit of a rollercoaster as I am totally reliant on my computer and was frustrated at the initial miscommunication.
They did a great job with service however, and I am thankful! I have a refurbished Mac that runs like a dream now.

Did not think apple computers got virus, but when ours did we were given the name of Mactech by a neighbor. Friendly people and did a great job. Good communication during the diagnostic and quoting. Would highly recommend.

Peter Alves is smart, hard working (with great turnaround times) and someone who has earned our trust. His business is computers, and he specializes in the Mac, laptop as well as iMac.
In our business we have bought equipment from him, had him repair other equipment and assist us in a number of other ways. He has been very responsive, thorough and affordable. We consider him and his business as a true partner to us.
