Well, it was worth a shot i guess. Priti seems like a nice person. My issues with this situation started when she told me not to expect any magical arches *cant recall exactly how she put it to me* so after this, i was kind of scared to lay back for the threading, i did somewhat want an arch, a natural arch… not anything crazy, but i felt offended how she told me what she was going to do… After the service, which flew by, i think mostly bc a woman showed up for her appt nearly 30 mins early… so i felt rushed. She asked me in a darkly lit room, after my eyes being shut for maybe 10 mins with tears, «how did it look». well i can barely see bc its so dark but i could tell one side was skimped on. one side looked nice, if they had matched… and a natural arch, i would return… but it didnt. so never again. ive heard great things about the Nue Salon, so ill try there next!

Saw Priti today for the umpteenth time and figured it was about time I left her a Unilocal review. She is the best Esthetician in Charlotte. Don’t know how she manages to make a normally painful procedure (Brazilian wax) virtually painless but she does. I saw her throughout my pregnancy when waxing is supposed to be even more painful and she made it so easy to endure. Today I had my first Brazilian 11 months postpartum and I barely felt a thing! I do have a high pain tolerance but I’ve had it done elsewhere and it always hurt pretty bad before I went to Priti. She definitely uses top-​quality wax and makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk in the door. I also get my brows threaded and absolutely love the way they look every time. She is professional, efficient and fun to chat with while you’re lying on the table. Definitely helps take the edge off. I highly recommend her services and can’t wait to try a facial!

Priti is excellent. This was my second time trying waxing and I love her. She is quick and she lets you know what she is doing if you are new to the experience. Very clean and cute establishment. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a great Brazilian wax.

Priti is amazing with her work ethic and knowledge as well as experience in the skin care business. She is not going to necessarily tell you what you want to hear about your skin after a consultation she’s going to tell you what you NEED to hear and make every effort to help you achieve healthy skin. Hands down best facials I have ever had. Great at waxing, EVERYTHING. And for those ladies hailing from big cities used to and struggling to find someone who uses hard wax for Brazilians, this is your lady! I’m sad to see less than 5 star reviews for this business. If you’re looking for someone who is professional and passionate of her work, than of course she’s popular (be on time for your appointment and you’ll get what you need). If you have bad skin and expect a general facial that won’t help your skin well be ready for honest feedback otherwise there are plenty of run of the mill spas all over Charlotte for you to pick from. La Petit Spa is independently own and Priti is truly passionate about her work and her clients. Her business doesn’t win best of Charlotte year after year for nothing!

They make you hold your reservation with a credit card. I have never heard of this policy with any other salon. Hogwash! I am going to a higher end salon.

I have been a customer at Le Petit Spa for about 1 year and I love Priti’s services. I have had waxing, threading, and facials done and all have been great! Priti has thorough knowledge in skin care and therefore customizes her facials for each individual. The waxing is also the best I have received in Charlotte. Priti uses hard and soft wax which greatly reduces ingrown hairs versus spas that just use hard wax.

The room itself and the proprietor were both very nice. Everything was clean and pleasant, no double dipping and she used gloves. I called to make an appointment and had to wait 2 weeks, but thought that since it was so highly rated, it would be worth waiting for. I’m hoping that this was an unusual bad day and not how things normally are. She did seem to try to accommodate me. My guess is that she is way overbooked. I really liked her, so I thought twice before giving her a bad but honest review.
I asked for full legs, brazilian, arms, and arm pits when I called. I was told that she would try to fit it all in but that time was tight. I received 3 separate email confirmations for different services (none of which were what I asked for but she warned me about that). The salon itself was a little difficult to find so I was a few (7 mins) minutes late. I ended up getting half leg, bikini plus bottom (despite making the appointment for a brazilian), armpits. Although the end results are pretty good (symmetrical bikini), I will not be going back. I asked for her to wax my thighs but she said, «Oh, you don’t really need that.» I had to remind her to wax my bottom and she left the outside fuzzy. All of the waxing hurt really badly because she pulled the hairs up rather than at an angle (over the years I have never had it hurt this badly — still hurts after 24 hours and my usual experience is that it hurts no more than a few seconds after the hairs come out). She didn’t add in any extras that many aestheticians do (tummy, toes). I left the appointment in pain, covered in patches of sticky wax, with hairy knees, dissatisfied, and exhausted from nonstop and breathless chatter (some people might find it comforting if they are nervous, etc, and if the waxing had been better it wouldn’t have been a big deal).
