For the weekly and longer prices, it’s okay (would NOT do a nightly rate; way too overpriced for area and service). However, when we got into the room there was dried blood on the outside and inside of the bathroom door, very loud neighbors with very loud children, tenants standing outside of their rooms loitering in packs of 5+ people per apartment, marijuana smells everywhere inside and outside of the entire premises, very shady looking tenants/​people in the area, and no dishes, silverware or coffee-​maker provided as the website states. The only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 is because this would be considered a «good» hotel for West Charlotte standards (but that’s not saying much).
