Are you looking for a medical practice that will be unresponsive to your needs and never follow through with what they promise? Look no further.
My fiancé and I have been patients of the practice for 10 years and have watched it plummet since CMC took over and Dr Suggs left. Communication with the staff is near impossible and both my fiancé and I have had trouble getting them to refill prescriptions in a timely fashion leading to withdraw effects from anti depressants.
All because they were going to call the pharmacy and didn’t. Or would talk to the doctor and call us back and didn’t. It’s shameful what’s going on here now.
They even now have a sign that shows if the dr’s are on time or not. It always shows they are on time, yet you always wait at least one hour to see them. Tons of new doctors and new staff not at all the family practice we started with.
Maybe the worst offense is Dr Pittman telling my fiancé she was prescribing a generic alternative, when in fact it’s a different medicine all together. Why do that when she has tried other and we know what she had worked?
I recommend staying away and letting them go out of business. We will never return which is a shame after 10 years.
