Empty promises of great programs with unlimited CE is only valuable if the programs you want to attend aren’t cancelled. I’ve had two programs cancelled in less than a month with the most recent being the third program cancelled. Combine that with no return phone calls or emails, and you have a winning formula for failure. Not sure about you, but when I schedule a day off months in advance and don’t even get a notification of a program being cancelled, you’ve Officially passed me off. Lastly, Kris offered empty apologies in numerous emails due to poor customer service in the past and basically asked for a second chance. I did offer Kris Fetterman another chance which has proven to be a mistake. As a last ditch effort on my part, I attempted to do an online program the same day of a cancelled live seminar since I had no patients scheduled, and was not able to do so, again, another disappointment. The lectures and CE hours are fine, but in March, we ordered some CDs and our debit card was charged. We have yet to receive those CDs. Then in April, our debit card was charged again. We made them aware of the duplicate charge the day it appeared on our bank statement. It has been a month and we have yet to receive a refund for either payment, despite the fact that two weeks ago we received an email stating that«the check is in the mail.»
