This is my 2nd time with Extra space. Iveused other storage places previously. None compare to the service, security, cleanliness, and convenience. Its truly climate controlled, and easy access. The online rates are the best, and no more than non climate controlled storages. They have free 4 hour use of a moving truck, and the friendliest staff.

The space is fine but they jacked my rate 15% in the first few months after we moved all of our stuff in. It is a month to month lease and you are entirely at their mercy after the first month. I complained and asked for a reduction back to my normal rate or something more reasonable. They promised that they would do this, but they never did. After 4 months of this higher rate they changed their position and said there was nothing they could do about it.
