Just had my brows waxed by Aubry G. Excellent job. Listened to what I wanted and did it. Super nice person to boot. I’m going back Monday for a bikini wax.

Great location!!! Wax went well!!! I usually have sensitive skin but I wasn’t really all that red after! I had my upper lip and eyebrows done and although I had to touch up the eyebrows slightly when I got home she showed me them before I left so I should of said something then (or looked closer). Overall for location and price I will be coming back!

I had the same experience as another reviewer with odd sales tactics as soon as I come in the door.
The salon is clean and has an upscale feel. The receptionist and the technician were both very nice and friendly. The waxing itself was not great. I ended up having to go back over myself when I got home and clean up a lot of stray hairs that were missed. I’m not sure if this is because they use a different kind of wax or because of the technician. I’m sorry to say that I don’t think that I will be back.

10 mins wax + 30 mins sales pitches. Ugh. Going to a spa, EVEN just for waxing is supposed to be a relaxing environment, not a high pressure used car lot. Place was remarkable clean, brand new it seems so probably trying to build up book of repeats.
Waxing was mediocre to meh. Seemed like she was doing an ok job but immediately it was red/​bumpy and stayed that way even a day later. Maybe I’m just sensitive to the wax or technique but have never had this from other salons. The waxing was also very uneven (bikini line) and even though she did touch it up, there was still quite a bit I found missed.
