I met Dr. Rider at work one day and asked him what he did, he told me he was an orthodontist. Honestly his attention to detail and attitude is what made me ask him what he did as a profession. After he told me he worked close by in Charlotte he offered me an opportunity to come in an have my teeth examined. Something I have wanted to do for a very long time, just didn’t know any Dentist or Orthodontists in the area.
So after I went in the office they saw me very quickly with it in a week to be honest and that was right after Christmas holiday, I was impressed. When I came in for the free consultation I was greeted by a very warm atmosphere and super sweet front desk. I thought to myself man, This place has got there stuff together and I love it!!!
After having molds and X-​rays done (I was 100% certain that I wanted braces with Dr. Rider) and I wanted him to put them on immediately. I can say something about braces everyone says they don’t like them (which isn’t that bad for my age 19 – 21.5) I actually enjoy them and I KNOW it’s because I have an Amazing Orthodontist that I’m proud of my Metal Mouth.
When someone asks me at who’s your orthodontist I always say Dr. Rider one of my old customers and sometimes go into what we talked about when we met. He has such an outstanding kind team that it makes me love going to my monthly appointments!
