The bagels consistently take 5 minutes to prepare, which can be a long time if you are in a hurry. And a couple of times I have bought a cup of coffee only to discover that they are out of everything but vanilla hazelnut or whatever… not my favorite.
But such occurrences are definitely the exception. On the whole the staff are very consistent and the food is always well prepared. Even at the end of a long day you are likely to receive a smile with your coffee, and that can go a long way.
