CLT Gutterglove

I would recommend this company to friends and family in a heartbeat! I was looking for someone to help install a French drain, clean the gutters, and upgrade a downspout to a larger size. I was referred to CLT Gutterglove. I made the call and I must say Carl was very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable from the get-​go.
The work needed to be done at my mom’s house and I explained to Carl I live out of town and will only be with mom 2 – 4 days that month and would prefer to be present when workers arrive. I understand doing what Carl does, weather and other factors are huge in scheduling and it is very hard for him to promise a specific date for a job. However, despite a week of rain and many backed up projects, Carl made sure to go out of his way to come to my mother’s home while I was in town. That is the kind of customer service you just can not find easily these days. That truly made my day.
Overall, mom was so pleased with the work but wanted a different look to the bottom part of the large downsprout installed. I called Carl and he could not have been more understanding about the situation. He went to mom’s house the next morning and changed the downsprout exactly to mom’s liking. He sent me a picture of it for my peace of mind (since I wasn’t there) and made sure mom is happy before he left.
Honestly, I can not thank Carl enough. He made the process so easy for me and put all my worries to rest. His customer service is second to none! Do not hesitate to call this company for the work you need. They are trustworthy and great at what they do!

I don’t often give five stars as freely as I have, here for CLT GutterGlove, but one must give due credit when they get great service. I had a window wood-​rot issue and called Carl Rubidge after seeing them on Facebook.
I didn’t think anyone could meet my insurance company’s deadline but Carl assured me he’d have it all done well before the14th, so I took him up on it.
I’m SO glad I did!
The guys came out on time, got right to work and did a neat, professional job.
With all the horror stories I’ve read about, I was glad to finally find a company that’s timely, professional and courteous – all rolled into one.
Boy, am I a hApPY camper!
You can bet I’ll be back.
