Took my Mom who is handicapped to have some emergency dental work here. First I’d like to say that she just came off a 12 hour flight from Hawaii, her tooth actually chipped in half just before she boarded the plane to Charlotte, with that being said Dr. Broome worked her in at lightening speed. My Mom suffers from anxiety and she found this to be the most pleasant dental visit in her life. She is a little slower due to another medical condition and has severe mobility problems. The office was very patient and made her feel at ease when helping her into the chair. Not only was the dental work superb, but my Mom felt she was treated special. Excellent service, and if you are shopping for a provider look no further! Thank you Dr. Broome you are truly the best!

Went in because I was neglected my teeth for years and they were in rough shape. I decided it was time for a change as I’ve recently made my health a priority. I was worried about the cost and was preparing for sticker shock. Not the case. A simple cleaning was recommended and a plan to help get my gums treated laid out. Long term cosmetic options were a distant third. I really felt like health was give the priority which made me feel great. The staff was great and my teeth came out looking million times better already. It was a refreshing surprise. I look forward to further treatments (the massage chair should be a requirement for all doctors) and improving my smile even more.

Beware! This business has no ethics or morals. To get the procedure done would have required me to take out a loan. To start, they claim that they could not tell me what the rate on the loan would be until it was already processed. At that point I should have trusted my instincts and left. The business is a good distance from my home and they encouraged me to go ahead and get the paperwork out of the way. I did not realize that I was signing the loan and it was immediately in effect. The following day, I cancelled the procedure and requested a refund. They refused to return the money to me. I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and was able to get some, but not all of my money back. I do not want this to happen to anyone else. There are plenty of other practices in the Charlotte area for cosmetic dentistry. I encourage you to avoid this business.
