Sunday GAME Day. Ms. Hannah is so great. Frequent visit for the beautiful time spent here. The staff are very professional and really take the time to get to know their clients and sometimes by name. My daughter Valencia and my G-​Babies are adored by the staff as well.

Waited 45 minutes!!! Got seated at a station, told him what I wanted and he didn’t know how to do it. What a waste of my time

This was my first time coming here. Once we walked in we only had to wait about 10 minutes to be helped. I had my gel nails filled. A man helped me and he did a great job. He made sure all my nails were even and the new nails he put on matched with the old ones. My hands didn’t get cut up at all, and my cuticles look great. He took his time doing my nails and they turned out perfectly. I was also only charged $ 36 for a fill in and had 2 nails replaced, a lot cheaper than I usually have to pay! Definitely will go back!

I am so happy my home girl told me about this place!!! I got a deluxe pedicure and manicure w gel polish. I even got my brows done. This was the BEST service I have ever gotten. My feet are sooo smooth and my nails look amazing (I’ll post a pic) more important my eyebrows… SPEECHLESS!!! I was soooo afraid of getting my brows done bc I went to the same place for years but I was on a time crunch so I took the risk. HUNEY my arch is something FEIRCE this is my PERMANENT glam spot. Hannah hooked me up. She will be the only one touching these brows etc. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the service the ppl are good and the shop is clean!!! Thank you so much Hannah!!!

This location is close to my home, and open on Sunday’s, so I figure I give it another chance. After walking in and picking out a color, I waited and waited and waited… No one said anything to me. No one checked on me. No said, we’ll be right with you. Nothing. I put the nail polish back and walked out!
Lesson Learned.

Customer service is terrible! The gel polish is cheap and it doesn’t stay on no longer than 5 days. When going in the salon to get a gel polish repair on two finger nails they wanted to charge $ 5. They weren’t apologetic for my inconvenience, and they accused me of purposely chipping the cheap polish. I have never been to a nail salon where I’m being accused for their sloppy work. Typically gel polish last on me for 2 weeks! I will NEVER go back to Avalon Nail Salon and I recommend anyone else to not be a patron of that salon. I see why their business is lacking and suffering with clients.

I’m very picky about nail places, but I stopped here for the first time, and it will not be my last. They did a great job on my pedicure and my gel fill in. He shaped my nails great, layer the liquid gel great which I was very happy they carried. The shop is set up very cute and colorful, the people were friendly, but the service was Great. I will be back.

I had been to this place this weekend and it was my first time here but I loved it. I got both Mani and Pedi done and it was wonderful. Though there were a lot of customers may be due to the weekend and we had to wait but the wait was worth it. The staff was extremely sweet and took good care of our nails. I just got a normal Mani Pedi done, nothing fancy but with that too the staff member gave the appropriate finishing touches which made my nails looks great.
As per my personal opinion a normal Mani Pedi is what many nails spas around Charlotte can do well but the attention to details which people here gave was pretty impressive so i loved it a lot. And most importantly the staff is very warm, polite and very good to talk to which made me feel very comfortable.
I am definitely going back to this place.
I would have given it 5 stars had it not been for the wait time.
