This is the absolute worst place to get a tarp repair. They acknowledge that they are the ONLY tarp repair business in Charlotte and they act like it. Treating customers like they are nothing. They are small so the owner works out of the shop and he is very hard to get along with and even he speaks rudely to a cash paying customers and acknowledged himself that he does not need our business. We have dealt with them for many years and have never left a review for not wanting to get on their bad side but recently they have gotten even worse. If you can avoid them, by all means do so! Recently heard there is another tarp company named Baucoms somewhere near.
