After the original post, three Archadeck managers visited to discuss our concerns and to assure us that their internal processes had changed and were being further changed to prevent others from sharing our experience. We certainly believe the finished product is attractive and well built. It meets our expectations. For this reason and on the basis of their assurances, I have added a star to the rating because if their procedures have in fact changed, then our experience is no longer relevant.

Loved my experience! Built a screened in porch and had nothing but fabulous people! Done on time and fabulous quality! Would use them again in a heartbeat!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THESE PEOPLE! They are very unprofessional. No one knows what’s going on in the office. The screen house we hired them for was supposed to be done back in June and it’s now August. They kept giving us the runaround on when they would come to install the screen house. They came July 30th and because it rained the next day they didn’t come back to finish the job and didn’t even bother to call to say they weren’t coming. Will never use these people again!
