It took persistent calling to get Cliff to come out to our house. He took a look at our microwave and left, letting our nanny know he’d be looking into the necessary part. We never heard from him again.

Said they could help but never returned calls after several attempts. I went elsewhere.

Great experience. We have stackable units in our condo and the washer was acting up. Another company only would send two technicians (and charge for both technicians) in case they needed to unstack them, which I thought was kind of weird. I decided to look elsewhere and found and called CS and he was able to find the problem and fix it within about an hour. His cost was half of the what we would of spent going elsewhere.
