My parents were recently featured in The Post & Courier, and I wanted to find someone in Charleston who would do a great job framing the piece so my family can cherish this memory for years to come. After doing some online research, I decided to give Debra a call at VoDon Custom Framing. When I explained to Debra what I was looking for, she was immediately SO helpful and I knew I had chosen the right place. I’ve since moved away from Charleston even though my parents are still there, so I couldn’t physically visit her shop to meet with her and see her products. To make sure I would be completely happy with the piece, we had an initial consult call and she later sent me tons of pictures so I could see her exact vision for the framing, along with other examples of her finished pieces. I also told her about my concerns of the newsprint yellowing or fading with age, and she told me she would be spraying the piece with a protective finish and let me know about a UV non-glare glass she could use(which I ended up going with). The finished product is absolutely gorgeous. Both Debra and my parents sent me pictures of the completed piece, and you can tell the framing was done with the utmost skill and precision. Debra’s customer service was also top notch — we communicated primarily by email after an initial phone call, and she was always so patient with me, even when I had so many questions about the different options. I would highly recommend VoDon for any of your framing needs. They’re a joy to work with, and I stand behind their services 100%. My only regret is not being in Charleston anymore to get more things framed by Debra! I trust that whatever piece you’re looking to frame, she’ll deliver the perfect finished product. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Debra!

Debra and Tom are great to work with. They have a true passion with an artistic eye. They provided several options and a tactical opinion. It’s appreciated to have someone walk you through the many options. I was SUPER pleased with my framed Grateful Dead concert prints! You just can’t get the same look from a picture frame! Sorry big box store. Thanks Debra & Tom — see you with my next project!
