I suppose it’s possible to find a better, friendly, or more responsive company than Randy and Citrus solutions — but I doubt it. This is THE carpet co in Chas.

Friendliest service out there! This is the send time we have had this company out here to perform a cleaning on our sofa and two chairs. The furniture is right next to the eat in so the kids naturally want to touch it right after dinner so it accumulates stains and odors fairly rapidly. We are making an effort to have Randy professionally clean them every year to prolong the life. Both times that I have emailed them I have heard back from Randy, the owner, within an hour tops. Additionally, both appointments were made the same day and he was out here on time and did a thorough cleaning. Randy and his crew are extremely friendly and will go over everything with you in detail. Bonus, the entire house smells clean just from the sofa! He will also leave you with a bottle of citrus cleaning spray and since he knows we have three kids he left us with two. I cannot say enough nice things about this company and we will definitely use/​recommend them in the future.

Wow… what a great experience. Our serviceman was very attentive to detail and our carpets look fantastic. They even left a whole bottle of cleaner for us. Their price was very reasonable and were prompt to get our needs addressed and the work completed. Give ‘em a try!

LOVE IT! We’ve used Lowcountry Citrus Solution several times now, on both our rental property and residence. We are always impressed with how responsive and quickly Randy is able to accommodate us. He’s taken care of our heavy duty cleaning, standard carpet cleaning and emergent spot cleaning. We have young children and animals and love how eco-​friendly the cleaner is.
