I have been taking my car to Dinkins for about ten years and they are the best! Denise is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant and always works with me if I can’t quite make it there to get my car by 5:30pm. The shop takes great care of my car (they have helped me keep it in top shape while having 200,000 miles on it)! They are patient and have fair pricing, and I know that I can trust them. A friend of mine took his car to another shop in town and was told he would have to pay $ 1,800 to fix it (I can’t remember the problem). He took it to Dinkins and they repaired the problem for $ 200, and a year later still no problems with it. I highly recommend this auto shop.

Very displeased with the customer service. Fast diagnosis of the repairs I needed but the sassy lady on the other end of the phone is why they lost out on $ 900 today.

Such a great family owned business! I get my oil changed all the time and have a list that needs to be fixed at my next oil change and I trust them to handle this list completely! The first time I had an oil change here the ring inside the oil filter got twisted (no fault of their own, it just happens sometimes) and I started leaking oil. When I called them to let them know they asked when I could get in but I work in mt. P so I couldn’t get there during their hours. So, they sent an employee to my office 25min away to fix the problem! Now that is some amazing customer service!!!
