Needs refreshing. Great for small venues of live music and kid events, but I do understand the park itself is going under renovation; They layout is interesting with the water element, but for unobservant running kids, could be treacherous. Wife and I have attended a couple of events here this summer… is a nice DI event site.

We happened upon Daniel Island Waterfront Park accidently today while driving around. It has a nice area for kids to play (not a playground), trails, a fishing pier and several large swings overlooking the Wando River.
We spent about 20 minutes walking around before getting back on the road but it was a great little park to stretch our legs and enjoy the beautiful 70 degree day!
