No show alert!!! And this for a reserved ride to the airport for which we actually spoke to the driver the night before AND reserved online! If it hadn’t been for a very kind neighbor, we would have missed our flight. These guys are the worst kind of unreliable. Never again.

Never showed up.
I made a reservation online in advance for a ride to the airport. I had to call them myself to confirm my reservation. I was ensured they would be there and on time. I called for 30 minutes to try to get a hold of them when they didn’t show up on time. I got the answering machine every time… so much for «standing ready to meet your transportation needs 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.»
