Masha Halpern, GRI – Keller Williams Realty

I get a chance to see her at work about a year ago and she was fantastic. I was an intern at the Keller Williams office when it was still on Franklin St. near the Chapel Hill Library. There are a lot of great agents there, she is top of the class!

Masha Halpern is an incredible real estate professional. She is organized, communicative, detail-​oriented, and incredibly skilled at answering questions. She helped us through every step of the home-​buying process and provided excellent advice when we needed it. She gave great tips for negotiating, helped us find service professionals for the home inspection, survey, closing, etc., and always diligently followed-​up with the seller’s agent and other service providers. Her knowledge of the local area and connections to people/​local businesses is unmatched. I highly recommend!

Masha was the best part of our out-​of-​state move. She met with us promptly after we contacted her and provided an in-​depth valuation analysis of our home. Her marketing materials are excellent and highlighted the selling features of our home. Because of her efforts on a national holiday, we received multiple offers, and the house was under contract at full asking price within a week. Masha made the process incredibly easy, and she is quite possibly the most responsive realtor ever. She is personable, incredibly professional, and a savvy negotiator. If we were still in the area, we would never have to look for another realtor — she’s that good!

Masha represented me when I moved from California to North Carolina in 2005.
