Heather is absolutely the best. I’ve been going to her regularly for massages for the last year and a half for neck and shoulder issues, foot tension and overall stress reduction. Not only is Heather a great listener, but she also asks thoughtful questions about your health and offers very helpful suggestions (stretching, yoga, relaxation) to improve well-​being. Her massage technique is second to none. She is very kind, caring and professional. I honestly could not recommend Heather highly enough.

I’ve had many massages with Heather over the past year or so, and my expectations have unfailingly been met, whether I needed nurturing, relaxation, or relief for a strained muscle. Heather is both caring and competent. She listens and tailors the massage to my exact needs.
In my experience with over a dozen massage therapists over the years,
I’ve encountered none as good as Heather.

Heather is as good as it gets– she is phenomenal. She can ‘read’ a body like no other massage therapist that I have been to. She finds my achy parts and works on them with experience and
loving care. She has also suggested certain exercises I might try to help resolve certain issues. This woman exudes kindness and care and one can tell in the massages she performs. I cannot tell you what a fabulous massage therapist Heather is… you will have to find out for yourself!
