I’m not quite sure what being rude to people seeking more information about a home that you posted publicly does for your business? I find that an extremely bad business practice. I’m sure you’re very successful, but everyone deserves polite customer service. If you don’t want to deal with inquiries about a rental property, quit listing them. I’m totally appalled.

We met with them and signed a contract on Wednesday to rent out our house. Thursday had a showing and a application placed. Friday and Saturday 4 more showings and by Monday we had a signed lease. Also they have a competitive finders fee and percentage they take from the monthly rent, which was lower than other property management companies I researched.
