Where is the zero” 0″ star option??? I Hate it!!! This company will collect half of million this year from the homeowners, and they raise the price every year. Like we don’t have enough!!!
Raising the fees every year and not doing anything for this community.
Where are the replacement trees?, that pool is just Gross as a matter fact the entire recreation building is GROSS, when you going to do something about to the mail boxes (this is just shameful), when will have my master bedroom ceiling repaired? Your contractor replaced the roof and now I have water stains on the ceiling.
The same way you guys (Sequoia Management) ask us to do this and do that, do not do this and do not do that (immediately) the same way you can fix all broken the shit in this community (IMMEDIATELY).
There are many other communities that have HOA’s with lower monthly dues and their communities look much better than this Section 8 bullshit.
Shame on you board of directors.

I agree with the other reviews, this company deserves ZERO stars. Horrible property managers horrible HOA. Kristy Faulk is the property manager that can’t even pretend she gives a crap about people that live in these communities that she is the property manager for. I called regarding an issue, and I had to call 5 times and leave emails before I finally got a call back, and then when I explain the issue I was having, this woman starts in with attitude telling me its not her problem. All they care about is getting their money… its like extortion money or something. Cause I pay every month but aside from my trash getting picked up twice a week I have no idea what purpose Sequioa Management serves. This management company is nothing how they portray themselves on their company website.

I would issue ZERO stars if I could. This company is completely useless. All they are good for is making the most remarkably BAD community decisions, put busy-​body nosey neighbors in charge of things they have no clue about and want to charge you $ 10 per day for having your yard look nice when they do NOTHING about the constantly lazy residents who leave beer bottles in years, mattresses and stoves on streets and haven’t fixed a sidewalk in 10 years. Dale Edwards and his assistant work along the lines of the previous reviewer’s opinion and are completely unresponsive and rude. No, Reflection Homes is not the biggest /​yuppiest neighborhood in the world, but they take our money monthly. Ineffective and ass backwards…
