First time, last time. Drove by and saw a responsible price for laundering shirts. Decided to give them a try. Gentlemen told me,” your shirts will look like new”!!! So I tried them out. Took 10 shirts, this morning to my surprise 2 of the have black spots on them, one having spots on the front and back that were not there when I dropped them off. Nothing was said about my shirts having spots that could not be removed or that they were still spotted. I paid, the gentlemen got my items then disappeared very quickly. I should not have to check every garment when picking up. First time, last time for sure!!!

I am impressed. Had read the bad reviews and saw the low ratings still took a risk. Risk worth taking. Pants and shirts come out nice, crisp and well creased. 95c a shirt and a couple $$ for a pair of pants. Can’t beat it. Got 9 shirts and 5 pair of pants for less than $ 30.

horrible service and worse customer service. I wouldn’t bring my clothes here if they offered to clean them for free.

I’ve been using cleaners to do my shirts for over 10 years. This is the first place that loses a shirt. Instead of then looking for the shirt or offering a compensation they replied: ‘too busy to do it now, come in 2 – 3 days’…
needless to say, won’t use them again. My recommendation is to avoid!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
I had this place hem 2 pairs of very expensive jeans for me, and 4 months later, not even through heavy use, the threads came completely apart while I was doing laundry.
When I called to tell them what happened, they refused to help and said if I brought my pants back they would charge me full price again, saying that 4 months is a long time and I must have not been careful.
I can wear through jeans for 10 years and tear them to pieces before the hemming ever goes bad. Not to mention they were plain rude, and I’m crazy polite on the phones. I’ve never gotten incensed over something so stupid, and I really wanted to like this place because they are literally across the street from my house.
I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

We have been using this cleaners for more than five years. The previous owners ran a good, fair and courteous shop. Ownership changed and since then, broken buttons, high prices and worst of all, rude service has forced us to move on. What a shame.
