Cheap and pretty good food. Great place to take the kids and you can’t beat the price. Staff is very friendly. HOWEVER… we got here early today so the pizzas were still cooking. I watched them handle food, slice and put put the pizzas but no gloves??? No handwashing??? That’s a big star dinger for me! Sorry kiddos, this is the last time we eat here. BLEH!!!

$ 6 – 8(depends on if you get a drink) for all you can eat pizza! When it really comes down to it, you get what you pay for, and if you’re down for cheap pizza, it’s the way to go. The selection is not that high with maybe six or so pizzas to choose from as well as pasta, cheesy garlic bread, desserts, etc., but for the price you pay, it is pretty worthwhile. All the pizza is constantly being churned out like a factory and empty pizza trays don’t seem to be empty for long, which makes you question the quality… but I say again, you get what you pay for. Pasta isn’t too good, salad is eh, but the cheesy garlic bread, cinnamon rolls, and apple pie pizza are honestly pretty good. Cheap? Yes. Okay-tasting? Yep. Worth the value/return back? Hey, if I want«quality» pizza, of course I’ll go to another place, but if I want a mindless buffet and I’m just hungry for pizza period? Can’t –really– go wrong with Cici’s.

Just awful. It was dirty. The silverware was disgusting. The general cleanliness was awful. I won’t be returning.

This location went under corporate control a while back and ever since then it has pretty much sucked. Always the same pizzas set out. They never rotate different pizzas in like they used to. If you want something different from the 5 or 6 predetermined set out pizzas then you have to wait for them to make a individual sized pizza which takes a while and can be a pain if you want 2 or 3 slices of something different and end up with 2 or 3 individual pizzas. Kinda kills the idea of them being a buffet. Last 2 times we were there, they had no straws for the drinks. Made an excuse one time of they ran out because they had been too busy the day before. Really? You don’t keep extra boxes of straws somewhere in the back so that one busy day can wipe you out of straws? I think I’ll start going to a regular pizza place and get a better quality if I have to wait for it anyways.

Been going here for almost 10 years now. Cheap and tasty food; what more do you want? You can’t go into a $ 5.99 buffet expecting gourmet cuisine with tuxedo-donning waiters running around with pepper mills. Great place to take a big group for lunch. Staff is nice and always willing to custom make a pizza and send it your table.

$ 5.99 for a buffet of pizza. Pepperoni, spinach, cheese, buffalo chicken, meat lovers, and veggie. Add on pasta, cheesy garlic bread, and a few desserts. It’s worth a lunch trip.

really folks, quality sucks, no customer service, and no salt or paper or piece of napkin on tables, but you have unlimited access to cheap pizza!

The food isn’t phenomenal but it’s a decent place to go with a large group of families with young kids. Also, there’s no way to beat the price for an AYCE place.

My kids love the self service pizza. We love the price. The gentleman behind the counter made me a small personal sized pizza which I thought was fantastic. I had no idea they did that. It had exactly what I wanted on it. Great customer service. While it’s not fine dining, it’s cheap, fast, and friendly. Great when you having four starving 6 – 17 year of kids. The kids give it two thumbs way up.

It ain’t good but there’s a hell of a lot of it at CiCi´s. As a side note the cinnamon rolls are way too easy to eat. Be forewarned.

I mean, sure, it’s cheap pizza. But it’s ENDLESS cheap pizza! And breadsticks and pasta and salad and cinnamon rolls and weird cream cheese dessert pizza that is strange but also intoxicatingly delicious. This is the first time I’ve been to CiCi’s since I was in college, so I was anxious to see if things were as I remembered them… and am happy to report that they were! We helped ourselves to slices of ‘za, the breadsticks(the BEST part), and some cinnamon buns. Service was lax with only one busser for the entire place, though the girl at the hostess stand did compliment me on my hair, and it’s not really like you head to CiCi’s for stellar service anyway. You head here for breadsticks dipped in bottomless bowls of marinara sauce and fluffy cinnamon rolls, duhhhhh. As for the cost of our endless pizza adventure? A mere $ 7 apiece. I’ll be back the next time the craving strikes… although I might need to make a few visits to Pupatella in the meantime so as to regain my pizza cred.

For the price you pay, you can’t find anything better. And for the whole month of January, only $ 5?! Yea, cici’s was an option. Took the girls out to eat and was my $ 47 well worth it. Everyone came out full and on the verge of going into a food-coma. We went on a saturday night and it was soooo packed that people were eating standing up. variety was great but because of the constant rush of new comers, pizza was low in number. I mean com’on now. you see that theres a line going out the door. lets put more than 1 pizza at a time in the burner. right???

You honestly cannot beat the value you get here. We took the kids to this location over the weekend and we spent $ 21 for the FIVE of us. The salad bar is fresh, and one of my girls loves mac and cheese so she was digging the mac & cheese pizza and the pasta with«cream» sauce. Is the pizza better at a mom and pop-type pizza place? Yes. However, I dare you to find any restaurant where you can get salad, entrée and dessert for six buck a person.

I love how all these reviewers giving CiCi’s two stars and below bash it for being low quality pizza with cardboard like crust. What did you expect for an all you can eat pizza buffet that costs roughly six dollars per person? The fact of the matter is that while their pizza isn’t the best around, it’s better than most frozen pizza’s on the market, and with an all you can eat tag line to it, despite that lack of quaility, you can certainly find a way to get your six bucks worth. Variety wise, at any given time CiCi’s has anywhere from six to eight(or more) pizza combinations. Pepperoni, veggie, cheese, their infamous pasta pizza, and more. You can have as many slices of these for just six bucks. But it doesn’t stop there. CiCi’s also offers pasta with your choice of marinara or a cheese sauce — their cheese sauce happens to be one of my favorite items they have. Again, this is all you can eat and included in the price for the pizza. Not good enough? Well, then help yourself to the salad bar that also comes with that same price of the buffet. Sure it’s iceberg lettuce, which isn’t the best lettuce to have for a salad, but all the other fixings are equivalent to any other salad bar out there. Not in to healthy? That’s cool. Eat all the sticky buns, or apple crumb dessert pizzas you want. That too is included in the low price of the buffet. No, CiCi’s isn’t the best pizza out there. But, it’s not the worst, and at six bucks(or around that price), if you can’t find some way to get your monies worth out of all of the above all you can eat items, then sorry, but you’re just too picky. I could understand the hate mentality if it were being touted as a five star restaurant, but it’s not. It is what it is — A cheap pizza buffet.

Where to begin? The food is really, really bad. The place is really, really dirty. And the service is non existent. When comparing cici’s with mcdonalds, mcdonald’s looks like a three star michelin establishment. I give cici’s more than one star because, at the very least, theybmay present a value proposition to those on a small budget. Personally, I would not eat their food for free.

Well you come in here because you are on a budget so you can’t really expect the most delicious pizza ever. I’ve only been here a couple times and I take a couple of bites of each pizza and it just taste like plastic and cardboard. I mean I knew what I was getting myself into but each time I think it’s going to get at least a little more decent but its just not good at all. The smart thing I started doing was asking for fresh pizza to be delivered to my table.(The bbq chicken is best) This is better so it doesn’t taste as cardboard-y. Just place is great for someone who is trying saving money and want something cheap and quick. However, the real negative is that it gets really busy especially on weekends. It’s a pain in the butt just to get in the buffet lines, and kids running everywhere. Nightmare! So avoid the lines come on the weekday and eat everything in sight!

Every once in a while my wife and I like to become pizza glutton’s for a day when we craving pizza. So we typically come to this CiCi’s, to fulfill that craving. Now we don’t come to this CiCi’s often but we have been more than a handful of times, since moving out to the NOVA area. I’m sorry I have to report this but for us the quality of this CiCi’s has gone down. In addition to the declining quality, every time we came to this CiCi’s the price steadily increased. I use to remember when CiCi’s was around $ 15 for two people with drinks not so much anymore. I do understand that the prices of food items have gone up which is most likely the cause for the increase, but if you are going to charge me more money, can you at least make sure that the quality of your product is also increasing. Not only that but for some reason the workers here that walk around to remove the used plates from your table, never seem to come by our table. So we end up having to neatly stack our plates off to the side so they aren’t in our way while we eat. The sad thing is that sometimes while we are stacking the plates we watch the worker walk around to all the other tables in the establishment removing their used plates but never ours. For the life of us we can’t understand the reason for this but we just brush it off and continue on with our pizza glutton extravaganza. For my wife and I, the quality of this CiCi’s has gone down and that is crazy to us because it was so much better when we first started coming here. Overall I haven’t completely written this place off but I hope they get to work on at least making the quality of their food better.

For the price, I’m a fan of this place. Most def will come here again with the fam. Especially since the pizzas are more pan like, so their isn’t so much dough. They had a large variety of pizzas, a few pastas, bread sticks, and a descent salad bar. The apple pie pizza and cinnamon rolls are bomb desserts. The only pizza i personally didnt like was the bbq pizza, but it smelled good. I love papa johns pizza, and some of the mom and pop joints Cici’s can not compare, but for the price you pay this place is perfect. It’s better than Chuck E Cheese pizza. The tables were cleaned, and the always had clean little plates to get more. We had a huge stack of them when we were done! If was funny In the end my 4 boys ate up and loved it. We had a coupon for one of them to be free so it was a really good deal. Now if this place had a much bigger arcade, then it would be a 5 star.

When I was in college, my boyfriend and I used to frequent the CiCi’s pizza buffet circuit more than I care to admit. It was one of the only places where we felt free to be ourselves… fat asses. Their macaroni and cheese pizza was the love child of some type of divine carb-loading being — cheese, noodles, crust and more cheese baked in a hot oven. Ooh child, I’m getting chills! However, one day while we were there we reached self actualization and realized that this place was more hell than heaven. As we looked around, we realized that even though the place was half empty, the tables were literally creaking with the stacks and stacks of dirty plates that were piled high above them. Crumbs were everywhere and all of the diners looked like they were in the scene from«Seven» when Brad Pitt finds an obese man drowning in a bowl of spaghetti(replace spaghetti with pizza and you get the point). Not a very attractive picture at all… My boyfriend and I vowed to never return again but I do still dream about that mac and cheese pizza from time to time.
