Everything I have had at this restaurant has been great. Today we got the silpancho, it was delicious, everything was cooked just right, even the egg was perfect. The owner takes real pride in this place. He is from Bolivia, the cooks are from Mexico and El Salvador. Nice mix. Chilangos is located at the old Talkin’ Turkey location. Glad that Chantilly is developing some nice Ma&Pa restaurants instead of chains only.
