I scheduled an appointment last week for repairs. The woman who received me today told me that because my car is drivable, I needed to be bumped up to next week because regardless of my appointment they will not touch the car. Makes me wonder of the level of professionalism, quality, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

They just changed the name last month. Used to be Pohanka Collision Center. I had a small scratch that I decided to get fixed on my rear bumper. White Acura, they painted my bumper beige. When I said I was not happy they offered to repaint in one day. Well it took 3 days and I only found out when I called on the second day to ask. Their response, we want to get it right. So the first time they didn’t try to get it right? Couldn’t find our co pay, took us another hour to call our insurance and give them the routing number to prove that we had payed the first time we were there. Not much of an apology by the Manager who didn’t look like he was overly anxious to please an extremely upset customer who ended up without a car for a total of 5 days. Never again!!!
