Called AirMaxx at 8:00 a.m. because the air conditioning in my rental unit was not working. He said he was heading to a job but would stop by on his way. When Jamie arrived 10 minutes later, I explained to him what was happening and what I had done to try to resolve the issue and he said, «I know what the problem is.» He opened up the unit, walked over to his very cool van, got a replacement part, replaced the part, cleaned the unit and by 9:00 a.m. I had cold air moving and was on my way to work. I couldn’t thank him enough for his prompt response to my call. I will be tucking away his business card in case I ever need heating or air conditioning service again. Highly recommend.

Woke up New Year’s Day to no heat… started making the dreadful calls knowing it will cost an arm and a leg because of the Holiday. Was told by several contractors minimum $ 185 just to look at and then make a return trip to fix. Kept calling and found an amazing specialist named Jamie from AirMAxx who literally walked me through the problem. No BS, no extra Holiday double-​time charge– gonna be out twice with extra drive time fee. Super nice, knowledgeable and fair. Love this guy! Highly recommended!!!

They are awesome! Came out to do the winter check up on our furnace! Said all was good. We ran into a problem and rather then trying to make the extra money from us he walked us through how to fix the simple issue. Saved us a bunch of $$$$. I called to thank him and he said that the simple thank you meant more then anything!!!

Called to ask for an approximate cost to clean my dryer vent. The guy on the phone was unfriendly and down-​right rude. I’m 64 years old and in all this time I have honestly NEVER had anyone speak to me like this guy did.

I will start by saying this is not going to be a typical review. I called Airmaxx because the humidity in my house is so low, I thought my humidifier was broken. Instead of charging me hundreds of dollars to come out and investigate, and replace… Airmaxx asked me several questions over the phone and determined that nothing was wrong and it was working.
Also, I called at 7AM on Saturday morning and he picked up. My regular HVAC seems to be out of business or changed their number. I’m bookmarking Airmaxx for future needs.
