White Lie

I purchased an iPhone case for 80 bucks at this place. The next day stones were already coming out. now i know they have a no return policy. my bad for getting caught up in the bling. The person who helped me didn’t speak English very well. Either that or she was high and kept mumbling to herself. I finally had to tell her. I’m sorry but I just can’t hear you. So then she started speaking in another language. Yes, I know. I should have walked. When I called I asked to speak to the mgr because they didnt have the same cell phone case to exchange. She refused to call me back. I went down there. She refused to return it after one day. I had to spend 80 on other crap they sell with an exchange. I really have to say this one is my fault for shopping in a store with such bad customer policies. No returns ever! Who does that? I’m seeing this trend of no return policies aka forever 21 in a lot of these companies. Why anyone would shop in a place that has such bad policies is beyond me. Just beware «if you can’t return a bad item it’s because they are all too aware they sell crappy shit» DON’T BE BLINDED BY THE BLING!!!
