I had just purchased a gas slide in range. I thought I would need to move the gas line in order to close gap behind it. James and his co-​worker (forgot his name) came out within a couple of hours of my call. James was able to reposition existing gas line to make it work. Only took a few minutes and just a service call fee. This is the way to do business. He will have all my future plumbing business!

James was great! Our sink broke and we needed a new fixture put on. He came over right away, even though it was at night and was done super fast! I also loved that he cleaned up afterwards. Very professional and incredibly affordable! Will definitely use again and recommend him to anyone needing any plumbing work done!

Had an overnight hot water tank leak and flood. James West came quickly that morning and made temporary repairs, then replaced the tank. Super quick and effective service got us back to normal quickly. James is neat, polite and responsive. Highly recommend!

Let me start with this. If you leave a message, James calls you back within the day! And he shows up when he says he will! That already makes him worthy of my business. He is also an excellent plumber. First he replaced a line broken by tree roots and even checked for problems that could have been further «upstream» at no extra charge. Then he gave me what he called a whole house plumbing tune-​up — the house is more than 30 years old and I don’t think much has been done in thirty years. He and his partner worked two full days at very reasonable rates. Also, they thought with (and to some extent carefully for me) to adjust some plumbing fixtures in the house without completely redoing everything. I am very satisfied with the choices suggested and made. Finally, James is polite and just nice to have around. You could not have a better plumber (or a nicer guy) in your home.
