Shaunelle is amazing. She really listens to what you like and don’t like and makes great recommendations that span from trendy to classic that work with the hair texture you have, compliment your face shape, etc. she truly cares about her clients, works hard to be flexible with appointments and accommodate your schedule and has great ideas if you want a change big or small. I have had a couple bad experiences with other stylists in the past so I was worried to try someone new bit every cut and highlight I’ve had by Shaunelle has been amazing I refuse to go anywhere else!!! All this and she also has very reasonable prices!

I usually go to another stylist, but I had very poor experiences in trying to get booked since it is a corporate salon and lack of availability. Luckily, I was able to call Shaunelle THIS MORNING and she was able to squeeze me in TODAY. She did such an amazing job! I am actually surprised that she wasn’t already booked up, especially after I saw how great my hair turned out. I am always a little bit leery of trying new stylists for fear of the unknown! But I am so glad I did, because this one was totally different. I told her exactly what I had in mind as far as color, and she hit it spot on. My hair looks so good. I told her that I wanted it to look really fun and trendy but it had to be professional because I have a «white collar career» which doesn’t allow much extreme. She helped align my wants of «extreme», as well as conform to my work requirements. Her prices are affordable, and fair. Moreover, I feel better about myself while investing into a small business versus to a corporate salon. Additionally, I can honestly say that I will be back. Hindsight, I admit to myself that this was probably pure luck that she was able to fit me in today, maybe she had a cancellation or something… But she did say that she does her absolute best in accommodating her clients. And, I believe her.
