I have been taking my cars to Rich’s after getting the run around a few other places (a Midas put the wrong CV axle — which I probably didn’t really need anyway — on one vehicle) and my chiropractor recommended Rich’s. A good example from today. My Expedition had the battery cable corrode through while sitting for over a month. Rich’s saved me the cost of a new cable by just replacing the end with a much heavier duty piece. We have two high mileage 14+ year old vehicles and Rich’s always comes through.
