At Pro Day you receive all the personal attention needed to excel. I’ve done numerous of boot camps and none of them compare to Pro Day. I’m not one to go to the gym, let alone workout at home. Working out at Proday Training Camp is totally different. You get personalized attention, from a trainer who actually cares about your health/well being. You feel motivated, challenged and energized after each session. Lance is a great trainer, sending texts messages to confirm the workouts times/days, changing the workouts everyday and even doing challenges to concentrate on one area of the body; motivating you at all times. Besides bootcamp, Lance also coaches flag football for kids. The kids love him! He’s fair, lets everyone have a chance to play and has skills sessions for the kids to practice before games, besides their regular sessions. So if you want to get out of the smelly gyms, out into the open and challenge yourself with a good workout, or if you want your kids away from the TV and out interacting with others and having a good time, Proday Training Camp is where you want to be.

Lance is a great trainer! He pushes us to our limits every work out and always has something new and different for us to try. His workouts are challenging but suitable for all levels of fitness.

Come find out how«in-shape» you really are! I belive ProDay is the best boot camp in the area. I have attended this boot camp since August of 2010. I started around 255 lbs and am now down to a consistent 215 lbs. Lance Brown, former NFL player, runs this boot camp and keeps it very FUN… Personally, I hate going to the gym, so being able to work out outside, with a small group, at the park is a great change of pace. Lance is constantly changing up the workouts and incorporating different ways to work out. For example, instead of just running for cardio, we will run and catch footballs and frisbees, run through ladders, etc. I encourage anyone looking to get in shape or stay in shape to at least come out and try ProDay Training Camp.
