If I could it would be zero stars. The manager for our community has not replied to my email nor responded to my phone messages. A letter was sent about an unapproved structural change made. No specifics provided! When we have 15 days to respond and correct an issue it would be helpful if the letter were specific and better if we could take 5 minutes to discuss on the phone!

If this is the property management company we have to ditto Collin exactly! Everything said in that review was exactly what we were thinking. The only difference is our management team sits in the east valley, not Snotsdale. The shame of it is, the two newest so-called ‘managers’ that used to visit our community and sit at meetings are pretty good people. It is the ‘company’ itself that really, sucks. And now, even with their crappy customer service, they want to resign because: Now get this mind you, Because they can’t handle complainers! Yikes! I say, dont let the door hit you in the ass on the way out. After all, Its obvious these PMC’s have a cartel, they divvy up and play mind games, and us «little folk» are supposed to shake in our boots. But no-one was shaking! Now, in this case its not all the homeowners fault(lol) for complaining. It appears just one ol Sno-bird geezer got himself«appointed» by developer votes and he was the one raising a ruckus. Shouten an Holleren over his dam ipad about every thing, specially about what the rest of BODs are doing and I suppose Premier just had enof of his bull. Gee, maybe they should have taken a few of those management courses themselves ya think? But here is a case where the management was not managing. They took the fees for sure, but never used their skills(which they were supposed to have) to help the people on the board, or most important: to advise the residents on rules, laws, policy and exactly who was really in ‘charge’. And that is the residents, not some bozo big mouth johnny-come-lately sno bird that is such a weenier that he has to hide behind e-mails degrading anyone that takes him to task. Arizona corporation law and planned community law spells out who is exactly in control based on community documents that adhere to state law. The president is not the«owner», the people are. The presidents job is to call and control meetings and see to it the policys set by directors are completed. But this assine sno-bird starts screaming about a late entry into the board elections like a little girl being chased by her brother in a monkey suit. Instead of sorting it all out, premier just quits! Well, so much for professionals. Personally, we say: «ban the damn PMC’s completely, they do not belong in Arizona» Or at LEASTCONTROL the number of BOD election votes allowed by non resident multiple property owners! Have had several issues with this company. They should remove«professional» from their title for starters. I’ve had to come into the office for the 5th time because of notices that are either false of untimely. It took 3 visits just to get my address corrected. They send a notice that arrives 7 days after its dated date. The property managers are NEVER available to speak with. Hide behind secretaries and assistants. I will be advising my HOA board to use another company immediately.
