The owner Haley is very kind, friendly and helpful. My critiques are that I did feel pressure to buy a human hair wig, I couldn’t afford it so I went with one that fit my style and budget. Secondly, i wanted more choices for long blonde hair. Thirdly, i wasnt given a new wig… but the one that other people tried on. I would have liked to receive a fresh one for the price i paid. I highly suggest you make an appointment to get more assistance and not feel rushed.

Although I was only searching for a wig to complete my Halloween costume I am grateful I found your store. I witnessed your compassion and professionalism while working with other clients in the store… those who are battling illnesses that result in hair loss. Although my reason for being in the store was a vain attempt to look good in my Halloween costume, I walked away with gratitude in my heart.

These ladies are kind, compassionate, and experienced. At a difficult time that you feel most exposed, they make life more bearable. They are that good! You will look and feel better than before.

You just couldn’t find two more caring and knowledgeable young woman who are passionate about having women look good, often through a difficult time in their life. I have watched them care for many cancer patients and survivors with a lot of TLC. So if your looking for a new look or need a wig its worth the trip to stop in.

Needed something… my hair is thinning as I’m getting older. Went to Paris Wigs and both girls were fabulous. Get so much attention… they really want to help you look your best ! 4 of us ladies were looking for a fun wig that looked natural that we could wear around town. We checked out other places and Paris wigs was our last stop.
Lucky for us, because all of us found something different for each of us.
They ordered the color we chose. It came in a few days later and either one of the ladies are excellent in thinning and/​or trimming as needed. Actually my wig was the only one that came in and I didn’t like the color, so Haley let me pick another wig which I really like. They always spend time working with you.
Prices are reasonable and includes trimming etc.
I might go back and get another style just for another look.

I have had fusion keratin extensions for the past 2 years and it had left my hair thin and damaged and wanted to seek another alternative. I walked in and Haley had me sit down tried different colors/​styles on me and showed me the Halo extensions! If you have never heard of these I would highly suggest checking them out. They don’t damage your hair and is much easier and lasts longer than any extensions I’ve ever had! She washed my hair, placed the extensions on, blow dryed, cut and styled my hair! I walked out feeling like I just left the salon and love my halo extensions! Thank you Haley! Best customer service around!

I love wearing wigs, especially when I travel. My husband and I had a trip planned to Jamaica, and I wanted a new wig or two. I live in Tempe, and Paris Wigs and Extensions is in Mesa, only about 10 minutes from my home.
My husband and I went into the shop and met with Haley. She’s so nice and helpful. I tried on several wigs and and settled on two new ones, both of which are different colors and styles. I love them! I have had many compliments on both of them.
When I went back to the shop to pick up one of the wigs, I took 3 other ones I already had for bang trims, washes, etc. That day I met with Heather, who is equally nice and knowledgeable.
The prices at Haley and Heather’s shop are very reasonable, both for new wigs and for maintenance. The shop has a very good representation of wig styles and colors, and it is not overcrowded with wigs, which can be very daunting! I certainly plan on returning to their shop in the future.

I am shy and afraid of my hair loss. I cried fearing the situation of baring my condition. These ladies made me feel whole again.
I feel like a new woman…
No one was ever kinder and the selection of wigs was wonderful.
When I wanted my wig repermed… Heather did it free.

This is an adorable store with great selection and customer service. Heather and Haley are very helpful and really want to make sure you get what you want and feel great. They will color and style the wigs for you, right at the store. I would highly recommend this store!

I’ll start by saying that I’ve never had a positive wig store experience in the past. So I didn’t arrive with high hopes. As soon as I walked in, Haley did everything she could to make me feel comfortable. I got to try on many wigs, I was never rushed, I had help when I needed it, and wasn’t hovered over when I didn’t. I was so comfortable that I was walking around bald, looking at the different wigs, and wasn’t embarrassed. I got an adorable wig for a great price and some accessories (she trimmed the bangs for me, for free). I’ll be going back asap for a human hair one that I had to leave behind.
No snobbery. No mean girl vibes. No invasive questions about why my hair is gone. Plenty of help when I needed it. Space when I didn’t. No sales pressure. THIS is the wig store I’ve always wanted to find. I will be back again and again.
