SUMMARY: Cheated on your time, Unpleasant environment, Dog dander, Poor Customer Service, and a Mediocre massage YOUDON’T GETWHATYOUPAIDFOR: All of my paperwork was completed 15 minutes before the appointment, and I was ready in the waiting area about 15 minutes prior to the appointment. The therapist greeted me in the waiting room at 6 minutes after the hour. This was only a 30-minute appointment; so chipping away 20% of my time for the therapist’s personal reasons is significant. «It’s ok,» I thought. Therapists have been late for appointments before, and they still gave me the full time I paid for. Not at this place. She quit about 10 minutes early! I thought maybe she quit early so that she could give me tips for exercising the neck and shoulders. Nope. She just gave me 20 minutes of time TOTAL(that’s for EVERYTHING: the«consultation», dressing, undressing, and the actual massage), even though I had paid for 30 minutes. My 30-minute massage was actually about 10 minutes of hands-on time. I only paid $ 15 for this massage, which made it more tolerable; but that’s a gross misrepresentation to give you 10 minutes of time when you pay for 30. I would have been PI$$ED if had paid the regular half hour rate of $ 35, and only received 10 minutes. UNPLEASANTENVIRONMENT: The first thing that hits you when you walk in the door is the«club» music. In addition to being jarring, it was loud. I could still hear the music when I was back in the massage room with the door closed and other music playing in my room. The waiting area is tiny, with only 3 chairs smooshed into a small area. ALLERGYWARNING! There’s a large, peaceful-looking dog sitting over to the side which, after reading other reviews, I think belongs to the owner or one of the workers. Now, I like dogs; but my boyfriend has allergies to pet dander. Why didn’t they mention this when I booked the appointment? POORCUSTOMERSERVICE: Even though I cancelled an appointment within minutes of scheduling it — and still with a 24-hour notice — I was still charged for the appointment.(I didn’t know this until I came in for the rescheduled appointment.) They also ignored my request for a return phone call. THEMASSAGE Nothing special. It felt pretty good at the time.(All massages feel pretty good, don’t they?) However, I still feel the same amount of tension and tightness in my neck and shoulders. The masseuse was a little bit rude, too, and her pressure was very light. When I told her I could use more pressure, she simply ignored me.

I called because I was running late due to traffic. They said however many minutes you will be late we will minus it from your 30 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes late so I knew I was only getting a 15 minute massage. The lady that did my massage asked me about my job and said we take insurance. I received a 10 minute massage and she said she was done. It doesn’t say Palm Beach Massage on the building. I would never go to this place ever again.

I went in yesterday for a massage and besides the fact that this place is next to Fractured Prune(which means it is destined to be great.) The moment I walked in the door I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist Nikki who answered all questions I had and spoke with me as I waited for my appointment. The massage was outstanding, the therapist found and treated me with love. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I just had a massage. It was ok. Nothing special. It was clean. The masseuse was nice but the massage wasn’t good. My back is full of knots and she rubbed over them but didn’t work on a single one. Her phone went off in the middle and was a huge distraction. Wouldn’t recommend it

Well, pretty disappointed that they would not honor a gift certificate I have(it was quite expired, I understand that, but circumstances out of my control prevented me from using it previously). My friend purchased an hour and a half massage for me so you know that wasn’t cheap. Called today and they are unwilling to honor it since it’s expired. I might even understand if it was under new management/ownership so they could explain that the money paid previously was not in their pocket, but that isn’t the case. They got the money, and they lost out on a potential new client. I’m pregnant and have been looking for a place to get regular pre-natal massages but this will definitely not be my place! I work in marketing for a similar client-focused industry and we would NEVER turn down a potential new client even if their gift card/coupon was expired. Just bad business but they got the money and clearly don’t care.

What a great place for a quick massage! I had Revai and she was nice, friendly, and did wonderful work. I only had 30 minutes but BOY was it needed! I shared with her what I needed done, a short history, and she went to work. I feel much better. Definitely a good place to go. I also do not believe that you need the groupon, they have cards and a sign with the 15 dollar introductory cost. The chiropractor I believe has his dog there, who is friendly and very well behaved. The only bad thing is that it seems like workers and customers were all crowded at the entry when I came in, it is was a little overwhelming, but otherwise awesome! I also have no idea how much the massages normally cost and was never told about a membership or plan type thing.

I bought a Groupon for a $ 14 – 30 min massage. I was put with Casey who was INCREDIBLE! Upon first glance I didn’t expect to get the kind of massage I got. I guess I just assumed that since she was tiny I would get a good massage but instead my massage was hands down the best one I have ever gotten. I was quoted the regular prices at the end as: $ 65/1hr $ 35/30min and a 10% discount if you buy 8 in advance. I’m a little confused about that now since the only other review for this place quotes 20% off if you buy 8 in advance. Either way… CASEY was awesome!

This place is attached to a chiropractor. It’s a pretty no-frills kind of place and the Dr.‘s boxer, Rocco was there greeting all the customers. I’m a nail tech, so my neck and shoulders are very tight. I like to get a 30 minute massage once a week. They have a special going right now, your first 30 minute massage for $ 15. The normal price is $ 35 but they offer 20% off if you buy a package of 8, for a total of $ 224. I’m going that route. I saw Leah, and that girl is STRONG! She kicked my butt, which is exactly what I need. No candles, no aromatherapy oils, no chanting music. Just a down and dirty, deep massage that will help keep me able to work pain free. ETA:2−17−09 — Saw Leah again today, and again, an amazing massage. Exactly what I asked for. Polite, friendly, and talented.
