My husband and I love this place! It is a very good size, and you never know what you are gonna find here. We have purchased everything from art work, floral arrangements, furniture, and rugs. Most stuff is in excellent condition, and the prices are incredible! I highly recommend checking this store out when you are in the market for home décor and furniture. Most of the stuff they sell is very high end and the prices are incredible!

I’m not sure what happened to this location. The enjoyment of shopping there was always because they took in a variety of items, things that you can’t find usually in Arizona. All of a sudden they take in only one style of furniture that makes it no different than any other store. They think that their opinion of what is in is the only opinion. I’ve stopped shopping there because everything is the same old stuff, everything dark and heavy looking. They’ve lost my business until they go back to carrying a variety of styles. The employees used to be friendly and wonderful. With new people working there the customer service has really gone down. They’re rude and unfriendly. Why would I want to consign things with a place that isn’t nice to the customers that I’m hoping will buy my things. They also can’t seem to print out a complete list of what was sold when I did consignments there. Time to find a new consignment store.

This is a review of good service recovery after a very poor customer experience. In mid-June I had a very bad service experience at this store. In fact, I left the store in tears because I was so incensed. This experience was shocking because I’ve consigned and bought at this store several times — all pleasant experiences. The situation was triggered by the company’s computer issues. the computer had wiped out my transaction history and showed I had zero credit due when in fact I knew I had over $ 200 in store credit. Staff and store management’s attitude was«you’ll just have to wait until the new system is up and running sometime in July to see if the correct records show up. If the records then still show a zero balance, oh well.» There was no proactive offer to research the situation. The onus was on me, the customer, to figure out where my money had gone. As stated earlier, I was incensed! After cooling off for a couple of days, I sent a message to the corporate office through their website describing my issue. Much to my pleasant surprise I got a call from the corporate office within 2 days promising to research the computer problem and get back to me asap. They also apologized for my treatment at the store. Bottom line — after 2 additional phone calls from the office the error was found and the money restored to my account. One of the founders and a co-owner of the company contacted me personally to apologize and explain what had happened. This situation has been resolved to my satisfaction, and I look forward to enjoying shopping at the store in the future.

The manager Mark is a rude and unprofessional person. I went in for the first time and will never go back no matter what good deals they have. I’d rather pay full price for items then deal with a jerk like him. The sad thing is that all the women employees in there deal with him daily and all but could apologize for his condescending attitude. Do not take or shop her unless your okay with what you will be dealing with.

Management here is rude & condescending. There is no excuse for this type of behavior in the business world! I was actually tempted to invite the«Mark» character outside for a lesson in manners, but the world has changed, and he will remain unscathed. Hopfefully, he will be subjected to the waiting room in Betelgeuse, in the afterlife!

I brought my friend in to help her do her first consignment. I USED to frequent this store. After today, unless they do something about their assistant manager, Mark, I will no longer be referring people there or going there myself. Mark was incredibly RUDE and unprofessional. He made my friend’s first experience miserable. I asked him why he was being so rude and he continued to be rude. No sense of customer service. I could not believe when I heard that management had recently promoted him to assistant manager. If this is the type of person that is in charge of all the wonderful other employees at this store, I feel deeply sorry for them. I would ask that the owners take a good look at other complaints from customers about Mark. I wasn’t surprised when reading some of them that Mark was included and referred to as RUDE.

Great store… Mark was just rude!!! Really like some of the stuff. a little pricey. Some great deals .just have to look hard. all the other clerks are wonderful. except for that ONE…

I went into the store later to see what items had sold. Paul was friendly and professional. All but two items sold but they just recently had been placed on the floor. One star uptick since I wasn’t treated poorly like the previous(cough) lady.

This is by far the best consignment store I have ever been to. They have the best variety of furniture, pictures, mirrors that I have ever seen. The staff are so friendly and know me by name because I am there so often. They always sell my items within a week! That’s unheard of from other consignment stores, They are honest in getting me my money and selling my items. Unlike my other experiences in the past at OTHER consignment stores such as Terri’s who totally ripped me off years back. I highly recommend My Sister’s Attic and My Sisters Closet. :)

I wouldn’t bring anything here. Better off just donating your stuff, which is essentially what you do when you bring it here! Brought in a table. They said it was ok after we sent in pics and talked to them. 7 months later, the table never made it to the floor we asked and no one could give us an answer. Now we hear it is in storage. Why? We ask again. The new news is that they didn’t put it out cause they didn’t have matching chairs! Really? You keep our stuff for 7 months in storage and then we have to call you several times to find this out? Now they are telling us they took it out of storage and we can come pick it up! Bullshit! Deliver it to me… free! Incompetent. Won’t go there again!
