I really wish I could do negative stars but Unilocal requires at least one star. The first time I took my daughter there, there was a young girl in tears because she was a few minutes late and they made her reschedule when all she needed was a new script for meds. I thought that was terrible to see their customer service so bad. Today I took my daughter back for a second appointment so that she could get a new script, which takes all of about 5 mins, if that. Her appointment was at 8am, first patient, and we were 10 mins late. I her mom have had the flu so getting there was a struggle but I didn’t want to cancel my daughters appointment. There was NO ONE in the waiting room and they made us reschedule. Out first appointment we had to wait on the Doctor but if YOU’RE late even a minute, they will turn you away. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED. The girl at the front desk is horribly rude!!! I will never go back there and will for sure never recommend them to anyone… not even my worst enemy!!!
