Terrible. They took hours. Can’t tell me how to get the free online photos indicated in the e-mail offer sent by their very own store manager Chelsea(«we don’t have anything to do with online), gave me the wrong session #/password so I can’t access my photos online, directed me to the 888# which then directs me to register my problem online. Three days later I can’t find a real live person to help me. What good are cute photos if you can’t access them, let your family see them, etc??? Only good thing was Katie — excellent, patient photographer. But little good those photos do me when I don’t get the deal that was advertised and can’t access the pictures anyway. Avoid this place!

As I step inside the store with baby-in-tow for our appointment, we are greeted by the front desk staff and are helped right away.(I would advise making an appointment especially around the holidays, the next week that I picked up the pictures, there were endless crowds and a very angry lady that has been waiting in line… but that’s another story). Because we were the only customers at the time, Kayden was able to get dressed and get his shots done fairly quickly. It’s too bad the kids have to be on this stage to get photographed– it’s great for shots, but really hard to keep my 1 year old from running off the stage! We got some really good shots, and they offered around $ 8 a sheet, or collections(all prints, all poses and CD– for $ 200?!) No thanks, I’ll just take a few $ 8 sheets home and scan them onto a CD myself! But you don’t get the pictures right there and then. You have to wait a week before you can come back and pick them up. They say you can view the pics online, and that it only takes up to 72 hours, but it took 1 week in my case since their site was not running(??) Frustrating for the online viewing, but the pics turned out nice.
